Fuse Digital leads the way!

Fuse Digital - Revolutionary Office

Fuse Digital is continuing to lead the way in the digital marketing industry – this time by relocating into a revolutionary new type of office.

The multi award-winning Leicester-based company has been growing at a rapid rate over the past 18 months, on the back of client wins such as Charnos and Ruby + Ed, and to accommodate increased staff numbers decided to move to purpose-built headquarters in the grounds of sister company, Big Communications.

The striking 110 sq m timber frame building, which has been made by South Yorkshire-based Home and Office, is based on a podular design, a groundbreaking new type of temporary building that, say its creators, will transform office accommodation in the UK over the coming years.

'The Pod' as it has been dubbed, was built off-site in seven sections and then re-assembled on-site. The whole process, including laying the foundations, took just over a week. It houses the company's entire staff, including recent arrivals such as Gareth Minor, Managing Director.

Says Gareth Minor, Managing Director of Fuse Digital: "We wanted to make a real statement with our new offices and show the digital marketing industry that when it comes to innovation Fuse Digital continues to lead the way."

Fuse Digital's new home has been constructed from entirely sustainable sources. For example, the roof and walls feature Red Cedar shingle tiles chosen to fit perfectly with its leafy surroundings while all the internal and external timbers plus windows and door frames are made from European Oak.

Adds Martin Pearson, Director of Home and Office: "I am extremely grateful to Fuse Digital for being so brave to allow Home and Office to create its new head office. It is totally unique to the temporary office market in this country and I believe it will create a whole new sector for office accommodation over the coming years."
